Apple’s iPad 2 Production Is in Problem

A number of problems that inhibit the production process helped disrupt the Apple’s iPad 2 sales throughout the first quarter of 2011. The famous research firm iSuppli cut its expectations for sales of even the second generation the pride of the Apple tablet up to near 10 percent. Similarly, as reported by Macworld, Tuesday (04/26/2011).

Apple reportedly has sold 4.7 million units iPad 2 during the first quarter, a figure that is claimed to be lower than previously estimated. Parties Dow Jones executives said that if Apple has thrown their complaints because they can not produce iPad 2 more to meet market demand. Initially, iSuppli predicts that Apple will sell all models up to 43.7 million units iPad throughout 2011. But now iSuppli cut its prediction that the 39.7 million units.

Production problem is actually unrelated to the Japanese earthquake and tsunami that occurred last March 11. Still, iSuppli indicated Apple may be facing a problem of supply of goods due to the devastating natural disasters in the future. This problem will result in lower production iPad 2. However, they are trying to overcome this problem for a better production in the future.
